Alaska Engineering Education Foundation (AEEF)
The Board of Directors of the Alaska Society of Professional Engineers established the Alaska Engineering Education Foundation (AEEF) in the 1990s. The mission of AEEF is to support Professional Engineering education in Alaska. AEEF’s goals are to promote engineering education, to encourage Alaskan students to pursue engineering education, and to give back to Alaska through their service. AEEF provides scholarships and support to middle school math competitions. Please visit the AEEF website for more information. Volunteers are always needed for each of these activities and are very appreciated.
AEEF administers the Alaska MATHCOUNTS program which is part of a national program designed to improve math skills among U.S. students.
AEEF administers scholarships on behalf of Professional Engineering societies and committees, helping college students fund their engineering education.
The AEEF endowment was established in 2001 as a means to provide a continuing source of funding for our MATHCOUNTS and Scholarship programs. Please consider donating!
